Alicia Black is Mediation and Administrative Officer for The Accord Group.

Alicia has a Bachelor of Social Science and a Bachelor of Laws. Prior to joining The Accord Group, she worked in the real estate and property management industry where she gained practical experience in drafting contracts and developed valuable interpersonal skills.

Administration of Industry Dispute Resolution Schemes

In her capacity as Mediation Officer for the Office of the Mediation Adviser, Alicia liaises with lawyers and parties in dispute in relation to the mediation provisions of the Franchising Code of Conduct, appoints mediators from a national panel and provides assistance and guidance to them as required.
