Bianca is an accredited mediator under the Australian National Mediation Standards and through Mediation UK.

She has sound experience assisting parties to reach workable outcomes in commercial, workplace, franchise, community and building disputes.

Bianca is a Conciliator with the Health Care Complaints Commission, assisting hospitals and other health care providers to resolve issues pertaining to patient care.

Bianca is a highly experienced facilitator who's facilitation style and skill make her a good choice for assisting

  • Commercial, government and not-for-profit organisations with negotiation/consultation processes relating to renewed structures, policies, agreements and directions
  • Courts, councils and companies training staff in effective dispute prevention, management and resolution

Design and Provision of Training

Bianca has conducted mediation training across Asia for organisations such as Hong Kong University, the Law Society of Hong Kong, the Malaysian Bar Council, Shantou University and the Malaysian Syariah Courts.

Bianca has trained people throughout Australia in mediation, negotiation and effective communication skills for clients that include businesses, government organisations, local councils and some of Australia's largest law firms.

  • Assistant Ombudsman and Mediation Adviser for the Produce and Grocery Code and Horticulture Code of Conduct, facilitating dispute resolution between produce growers and wholesalers
  • Assistant Mediation Adviser of the Office of the Franchising Mediation Adviser, responsible for raising awareness of the Office of the Franchising Mediation Adviser in the franchising industry
