Costs

Mediation is a very cost-effective process.

Our mediators charge an hourly fee which is divided equally by the parties involved making the cost per party relatively minimal.

Most business disputes can be mediated in between 5- 8 hours depending on the complexity of the issues. This would usually include time spent meeting with each side separately prior to the mediation session.

We will ask for a brief description of the dispute and we will recommend a mediator and hourly fees.

For commercial disputes we charge between $A200 and $A750 per hour, depending on the issues involved.

For public disputes we charge around $A250 per hour.
