Our internationally recognised mediation
course has been conducted in Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines,
Cambodia, China, New Zealand and Australia. It has been approved by law societies
and arbitration centres in Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia and the United
Kingdom.
Attendance at our 5 day mediation course
qualifies attendees for Associate Membership of the UK Chartered
Institute of Arbitrators without having to undertake the usual
examination.
Our clients have included the Hong Kong Mediation
Council, the Hong Kong Law Society, US AID, Bar Council Malaysia,
Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration, Syariah Court Malaysia, University of
Hong Kong and the International Development Law Organisation.
We can provide mediator training courses that meet the requirements of the new Australian National Mediator Standards (NMAS).

We have 17 years experience in conducting
in-house international industry courses for clients such as
the University of Sydney, University of Newcastle, University
of New England, KPMG, Austel, the NSW Department of Public

of Western Sydney Faculty of Law, training in Cambodia for
major political party representitives and in the Philippines,
New Zealand, Malaysia, China, Singapore and Hong Kong for attorneys
