The Accord Group’s wide ranging experience can help you. Our national appointments have covered industries including electricity, franchising, cinema and retail grocery.

We have developed leading expertise in administering dispute resolution systems under industry codes of conduct, including the appointment as Oilcode Dispute Resolution Adviser by the Australian Federal Government under the Oilcode Industry Regulation.

The Accord Group has developed and manages a national panel of 110 mediators for the Australian franchise sector. We manage the Office of the Mediation Adviser under the Franchising Code of Conduct for the Australian Government.

We also provide the role of Ombudsman and Mediation Adviser for the produce and grocery industry in Australia and appoint mediators for disputes between food suppliers and markets or supermarkets.

The Accord Group has also been responsible for establishing dispute resolution procedures and/or panels of mediators and conciliators for the accountancy profession and the self-storage and sugar industries.

The Accord Group also provides Secretariat services to various dispute resolution forums such as the Film Exhibition and Distribution Code Administration Committee.
