David Newton Senior Mediator and Conciliator

One of Australia's leading mediators and conciliators of business, government, public and organisational conflict. David has managed over 1,000 disputes with settlements totalling in excess of $1billion.

He conducts mediation training in Australia, Hong Kong and other countries. David holds several appointments including; Victorian Gas Industry Dispute Adviser, Film Distribution and Exhibition Code Conciliator, Produce and Grocery Industry Ombudsman and he has the Australian Government appointment as Mediation Adviser to manage franchising disputes under the Franchising Code of Conduct.

He was trained as a mediator and facilitator at Harvard Law School, the University of Hawaii and by the American Arbitration Association. He is a member of the Training Corps of the CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution, New York.

Bianca has conducted accredited mediation training in Australia, Hong Kong and Malaysia. She is a trainer and accredited mediator through Mediation UK.

She has also been approved as a mediation trainer by the Accreditation Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong and of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.
