Course Approvals

The 5 day course meets the mediator training standards under the Australian, National Mediator Standards.

Attendance at the 5 day course qualifies attendees to apply for Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators without having to sit for the usual examination.

Satisfactory completion of the 5 day course qualifies attendees to apply to be on the National Panel of Mediators of the Office of the Mediation Adviser (OMA), the service established by the Australian Government for mediation under the Franchising Code of Conduct.

This 5 day course has also been approved by the Law Society of England and Wales and the UK Bar Council.

Continuing Professional Development Credit:
For every hour of training 1 CPD point is awarded by the following bodies:
NSW Law Society, South Australian Law Society, Law Society of England and Wales and UK Bar Council.
