Over the past decade Nathalie's mediation work has taken her to the UK, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. The disputes she has mediated are diverse, both in terms of process and issues addressed.

She has spoken on alternative dispute resolution (ADR) at mediation conferences and industry conventions in Australia and overseas.

Nathalie was trained in mediation at Harvard Law School and at the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution in the UK.

Design and Provision of Mediation Training

Nathalie has been approved as a mediation trainer by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. She has conducted training in commercial mediation, managing grievances and negotiation in Australia and South East Asia and has acted as coach and assessor for numerous mediator accreditation courses.

Nathalie has a keen interest in designing bespoke training tailored to the needs of the client, focusing on the development of specific communication skills within an organisational framework.

Nathalie has conducted mediation training for a range of clients including businesses, industry organisations, law societies, government bodies and local councils.

Design and Management of Dispute Resolution Schemes

Since 2000, Nathalie has developed specialist insight into ADR process design, administration and management. This experience is founded on her work as a Dispute Resolution Adviser for the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution, one of Europe's largest mediation service providers. She has advised parties and lawyers about ADR processes and how those processes can be used by organisations within their business practices. She has also assisted with the design and operation of dispute resolution schemes in Australia and in the UK. These initiatives include:
