Since 2000, Nathalie's mediation work has taken her across Australia, to the UK, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. The disputes she has mediated are diverse, both in terms of process and issues addressed.

Nathalie has NMAS and CEDR mediation accreditation. She was trained in mediation at Harvard Law School and at the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution in the UK and is currently completing a Master of Dispute Resolution at the University of Technology Sydney.

She is Assistant Mediation Adviser under the Franchising Code of Conduct and Assistant Dispute Resolution Adviser under Oilcode.

Nathalie has conducted training in commercial mediation, managing grievances and negotiation in Australia and South East Asia and has acted as coach and assessor for numerous mediator accreditation courses. She has conducted mediation training for a range of clients including businesses, industry organisations, law societies, government bodies and local councils.

She has spoken on alternative dispute resolution (ADR) at mediation conferences and industry conventions in Australia and overseas.
