David Newton

A former corporate lawyer in construction and major projects, David has been a representative in major international commercial negotiations such as the formation of the joint venture to build Australia’s Collins Class submarines.

He has also been a representative in major industrial relations award negotiations.

As a leading mediator for almost 20 years he has assisted parties to negotiate agreements to their disputes in many industries.

He has conducted extensive negotiation and mediation training in Australia and other countries including for political party representatives in Cambodia.

Peter Adler

Peter is highly regarded internationally as an expert in the negotiation of complex multi-party public issues. He is based in Colorado and is President of Keystone, an organisation funded by government and private foundations. He has worked in many countries.
