Peter Ho

Peter, an experienced mediator for commercial disputes, is a partner with international built asset consultancy, EC Harris LLP. He has been appointed as mediator on a variety of commercial disputes either directly or through recommendations by the parties’ legal representatives. He has also represented parties in mediation as technical advisor.

He is a member of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre's (HKIAC) panel of Accredited General Mediators and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators’ panel of Accredited Mediators. He is also an Accredited Mediator under the Australian National Mediator Accreditation Standards.

Peter was a member of the HKIAC’s Mediator Accreditation Committee for two consecutive terms. He held various committee memberships in the Hong Kong Mediation Council (HKMC), a sub-division of the HKIAC, promoting the development and use of mediation as an alternative dispute resolution forum in Hong Kong.

Peter is an approved trainer for the Advanced Mediation Training Courses for Stage 1 of the HKIAC accreditation.
